About This Provider
Lonely Mountain Therapy is a neurodiversity-affirming counseling practice that supports adolescents and adults navigating neurodivergence, mental health challenges, substance use, and trauma through a mix of evidence-based and creative approaches. Led by Eric Hulsing, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, the practice blends modalities such as DBT, mindfulness, existential therapy, expressive arts, and therapeutic role-playing to help clients build emotional regulation, executive functioning skills, self-understanding, and resilience. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol, biofeedback, and walk-and-talk sessions in nature, all grounded in clients’ real interests and values so that gamers, creatives, and deep thinkers can use their own passions as tools for growth and healing.
