Lilley Consulting

Lilley Consulting is a therapeutic consulting practice for emerging adults (ages 18 and up) and their families, founded by Joanna Lilley, MA, NCC (National Certified Counselor). Joanna brings passion, empathy, and knowledge to young adults and their families during difficult transitions.

Lilley Consulting works individually with each young adult to match them with the right resources, whether therapeutic, coaching, executive functioning, or career support. Services include:

• Program and resource research and recommendations, including treatment and gap programs
• Care management
• Continuum of care advocacy
• Guidance for parents learning how to parent a young adult, rather than a child

Lilley Consulting helps families of young adults in one of three situations:

• Approaching adulthood and unraveling, or proactively looking for resources
• Launched into higher education and unraveled
• Graduated from college and unable to launch into the work world

‍

Each situation looks different and may involve mental health concerns, substance use, executive functioning challenges, or a combination of the three.

Joanna tours programs at least one week every month, so her recommendations come from firsthand knowledge of current options. Her process follows three steps: Understand the Story, Create a Plan, and Coordinate All Support, with flexible levels of support based on each family’s needs.
