About the Event

The Next Steps Neurodiversity Expo took place on November 2, 2025, at the iconic Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum. This free community event brought together families, professionals, and advocates to explore services and supports for neurodivergent individuals of all ages. From 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, attendees moved through the museum’s historic aircraft hangar to discover resources that enhance daily life, strengthen well-being, and support learning across the lifespan.

The Expo featured a diverse vendor hall representing local, statewide, and national programs. Attendees connected with providers offering mental health care, therapeutic services, coaching, education and learning supports, planning and navigation resources, adult programs, and community organizations. Throughout the day, visitors explored tools that empower neurodivergent individuals to thrive at home, at school, and in the community.

The event also offered a full schedule of expert-led presentations covering topics including literacy development and learning differences across the lifespan, technology tools for disability planning and the importance of community and authentic connection in neurodiversity spaces. These sessions added depth to the day and provided practical insights for caregivers, self-advocates, and professionals.

Attendees enjoyed a variety of supportive features, including a sensory break area, therapy dogs, character appearances, and two food trucks that added to the energy of the day. The museum’s unique environment at Wings Over the Rockies created an accessible and engaging space where participants could explore the Expo while surrounded by aviation history.
